Position Description:

This US Biosimilars Marketing position will be responsible for Account Team Execution and Healthcare Provider (HCP) Messaging. The Immunology Biosimilar landscape is highly complex and requires significant coordination across a broad account team, making this role critical to the success of the brand. Close team collaboration and coordination skills are essential. The Biosimilar market in the US Market is dynamic and challenging, so the ability to learn quickly and challenge traditional pharmaceutical brand and organizational thinking, including effective brand and value messaging.

Key responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:

  • Lead for overall Account Team Strategy, Deployment and Execution, including Sales (Contract Sales Organization (CSO)), Integrated Account Management (IAM), and Reimbursement Associates (RA)

  • HCP Message Platform Development and Refinement

  • Ensuring alignment of Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) and Physician Office Infusion (POI) Strategies

  • CSO Operations and Logistics, including sales force sizing and deployment

  • Deployment and Execution of key accounts such as the VA

  • Brand Point for Customer Facing Team National Meetings, Field Communication, and Training

This position will require outstanding leadership in many areas of product management including account team alignment and execution, strategic message development, market segmentation, competitive dynamics, and issue management. He/she must demonstrate strong collaboration with the field sales organization in order to achieve effective execution of the developed strategy.

Position Qualifications:

Education Minimum Requirement:

  • BA/BS

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of (3) years Pharmaceutical marketing, marketing support and/or sales experience

  • Ability to coordinate across teams, assess and analyze performance, and provide clear and precise direction

  • Strong program management skills, leadership, problem solving, teamwork, analytical, and written/verbal communication

  • Experience with collaboration, influencing without authority and working successfully with cross-functional teams

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Sales experience

  • Biosimilar or Biologic product experience

  • Buy and Bill Experience

  • IDN Experience (Inpatient and Outpatient settings)
